On June 9, 2026, the NC State Bioinformatics Research Center (BRC) celebrated its 25th anniversary by hosting the Bioinformatics, AI, and Genomics (BIG) Conference at the Witherspoon Student Center. The event brought together researchers, industry leaders, alumni, students, and collaborators to reflect on the BRC’s legacy and explore the future of bioinformatics, artificial intelligence, and genomics.
