The Bioinformatics Consulting & Service Core (BCSC) collaborates with researchers to provide assistance in the analysis of genetics and genomics data. Services are available to all members of the research community. The BCSC has previously collaborated with researchers on a range of projects including genome and transcriptome assembly, differential expression, single cell RNA-seq analysis, metagenomics, comparative genomics, and variant calling. The BCSC works closely
with the Genomic Sciences Laboratory (GSL) at NC State to provide bioinformatics support and analysis for customers obtaining sequencing data from the GSL.
